Kundalini Yoga

Κundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness.

Through a series of asanas, breathing, mantras and meditation that lead towards a specific effect, kundalini will help us to awaken our consciousness and to confront our egos. This dormant energy of awareness is in us waiting to climb on the spine of our life.
The power of kundalini is in the experience of now. It goes straight to the heart to recognize the infinite power of our divine nature.
